Tracey Paulfrey, a Graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Education, is all about building a community on a healthy foundation. Serving as a Health and Wellness professional for over a decade, the mother of two is dedicated to educating and empowering individuals to improve their lifestyles. Tracey, the business owner of Moving Forward Health Care, is committed to reaching patients, providers, and caretakers outside traditional healthcare settings.


Tracey aims to develop a long-term partnership with various communities to improve overall health. As a veteran Personal Trainer and Health Educator, Tracey seeks to help close the gap of health disparities for ethnic groups as it pertains to obesity, Diabetes, and PAD (peripheral artery disease). Tracey currently sits on the board for SALSAL (Save a Leg, Save A Life) and Keep it, Tight Sisters. Two organizations that share in the passion of helping others help themselves.
