I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, but I was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I earned my B.S. degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida in 2007. I worked for about four years for the production team at WSVN – Channel 7 in Miami. For the past ten years, I have served as a middle school mathematics teacher. I am currently a Pre-Algebra instructor with Florida Virtual School. I am ecstatic about continuing to work with the Association of Black Alumni South Florida Chapter in networking and volunteering with fellow Gators, while inspiring, supporting and encouraging the future members of our illustrious Gator Nation.
