Josephine St-Cyr

Josephine St-Cyr is an alum from the University of Florida graduating with her Bachelor of Accounting in 2019 and Master of Accounting with a concentration in Taxation in 2021. She now works for Ernst & Young, one of the largest accounting firms in the world, as an Indirect Senior in State and Local Taxes.
As a student and post-graduate, Josephine has been committed to advocating for underrepresented communities. During her time at UF, she volunteered at Gainesville High School as a mentor to students and served as the Treasure for the Minority Business Society for 2 years. She has continued her dedication to the model of mentorship and help assists EY’s initiative “College MAP” where they partake in several activities such as visit Hillsborough High School once a month to give presentations on items such as financial literacy, social media presence, budgeting, college selection, SAT/ACT prep, elevator pinches, and much more. Thus far, she has assisted with allocating over $100,000 in scholarships and college resources, like laptops, to better prepare 12th students for their collegiate career.
Josephine is passionate about the Gator Nation and looks forward to meeting more black alumnus along with curating events for the Tampa Bay Area.
