Jamarr Sanchez Akins, “Jay,” received his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Florida A&M University. He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the Hough Graduate School of Business here at Warrington. He is the current School and Partnerships Director for Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay—Alachua County. He serves on several advisory boards, including the City of Gainesville’s Citizens Advisory Council for Community Development, Ronald McDonald House, NAACP, and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
