Chris is a Boston native who came to Gainesville sight unseen to enroll in the Fall of 2004. He was lucky enough to witness four national championships, and graduate with an English degree in 2008.  Chris served the South Florida Chapter of the ABA from 2017-2019. Currently the Assistant General Counsel of Miami Dade College, he resides in South Florida with his wife and three children.
