Cinton L. Alford (Secretary) is a native of Lake City, Florida. She was educated in Columbia County Public Schools and graduated from Columbia County High School in 2001. Cinton furthered her education at the University of Florida, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. In 2016, she graduated with her Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership at the University of Florida. 

     Cinton has over 16 years of professional expertise serving children and families and currently serves as a Family Service Manager with Episcopal Children’s Services. Cinton has a passion for her community and believes in the quote by Frederick Douglass, “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.’’
